I am enthusiastic about integrating strategic project management skills and mechanical engineering knowledge to enhance organizational achievements.

  • Managed project execution from inception to launch, ensuring adherence to QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) parameters within a one-year timeframe.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders across design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

  • Proactively identified potential risks and implemented mitigation strategies to safeguard project integrity and objectives.

  • Managed project budget and timeline, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints.

Projects - BS4 & BS6 Migration, STU Bus Tenders

  • Served as the Manufacturing - Core Team Member for the BS6 migration project, driving the implementation of major modifications to the engine, driveline, electrical, and frame systems in order to comply with regulatory requirements.

  • Actively engaged in the Design for production (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) phases, offering insightful input early on in the design process to avert possible build problems and guarantee a seamless production procedure.

  • Oversaw the proto build and pilot build at manufacturing plants, making sure that design guidelines were followed, pointing out and resolving any inconsistencies, and offering insightful input to the design team so that they could keep becoming better.

  • Served as an S&SC CTM for the BS6 Migration & 11M FESLF Projects.

  • Oversaw the development of new systems such as the engine, cooling system, air intake system, and exhaust system for prototype, pilot, and Production.

  • Participated in supplier identification, selecting partners that met both Ashok Leyland and regulatory requirements for these new technologies.

  • Actively contributed to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) sections, providing critical feasibility feedback on discrete parts development.

  • Provided extended support for tooling completion throughout the development process.

  • Negotiated pricing and facilitated purchase order release for discrete parts required in prototype and pilot builds.

Projects - E+2, ULE, 12M FESLF, Viking, Cheetah & 12M FE, 

  • Contributed as a core team member to the FESLF project, a complex low-floor bus with a 2-step entry featuring a unique frame architecture and suspension system.

  • Collaborated closely with the Product Development (PD) team, providing valuable insights and feedback throughout the design process.

  • Developed and maintained the Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) document, providing critical input for Design Verification & Validation (DVVP) and other project activities.

  • Actively participated in specification release, ensuring alignment with project requirements and stakeholder needs.

  • Provided crucial support during the prototype build phase, ensuring successful execution and adherence to project objectives.
